A Willow Springs man was charged with three offenses following a stop Wednesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Stephen D. Bruning, 43, was cited with misdemeanor DWI, wearing no seat belt and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway. The patrol said he was released to a sober party.
