A Winona man was arrested Wednesday night on several charges in nearby Shannon County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
Phillip A. McKee, 29, was wanted on three warrants: two misdemeanor warrants for no license from the Mountain View Police Department and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of paraphernalia from the Mountain View Police Department, the patrol said.
The patrol said he is held at the Mountain View Police Department.
