A spaghetti dinner and live auction will take place Saturday, Feb. 17 at the fairgrounds to benefit Liam Beesler, a local 10 year old battling leukemia.
The spaghetti dinner will begin at 5 p.m., with attendees giving donations for the meal. At 6 p.m., Bruce Sheets will auction several items. All proceeds will go toward travel and living expenses for Beesler and his family.
Beesler was diagnosed with t-cell leukemia in July 2023. He spent three months at St. Jude’s in Memphis, Tenn. He will continue to receive chemotherapy treatments in Memphis and Springfield, Mo. for at least the next two years.
