A Cabool man was injured Tuesday evening in an accident south of Cabool, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
David B. Williams, 55, was driving his 2006 International 7600 southbound on Highway 181 eight miles south of Cabool when he ran off the roadway and struck four trees, patrol said.
Williams suffered moderate injuries and was transported by Air Evac to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
He was wearing a safety device. The vehicle was totaled.
