A Houston man was arrested Tuesday evening in Texas County on three charges, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Kevin D. Mooney, 42, was arrested on suspicion of charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, patrol said.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
