A Licking man was arrested Wednesday morning in Phelps County on five charges, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Travis E. Dooley, 34, was arrested on a felony warrant for a probation violation, suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, defective headlight, driving while revoked and suspicion of false impersonation, patrol said.
He was taken to the Phelps County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
