One person was arrested Saturday night in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
James L. Watson, 38, of Columbia, was wanted on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant in Cooper County and was cited with having no valid driver’s license.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
