A Cabool woman is charged with three felonies after a Cabool Police Department investigation of an incident at her residence on March 17.
Starr A. Nelson, born in 1983, of 1111 Highland St. in Cabool, is charged with two counts of third-degree domestic assault and first-degree property damage.
A CPD officer was dispatched regarding a report of a motor vehicle crash at Nelson’s residence. The officer made contact with a man there who said Nelson was refusing to let he and his son leave, and that she had rammed his truck with her truck.
The officer observed damage to both vehicles. Nelson reportedly admitted to ramming the man’s truck when she was asked what happened. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and has a cash-only bond set at $4,500.
