Strong winds Thursday evening took down several trees, ripped off doors and snapped an electric pole in Houston.
City crews are still working on replacing a snapped pole on the north end of Millstone Road. Crews responded to the scene at 6:47 p.m. Thursday.
At Miller’s Grill, a carport flew into a tree and light pole at the business.
