Texas County fire departments are responding to calls again on Saturday afternoon.
It is a return to recent days where grass and woods fires kept volunteers busy traveling to calls, authorities said.
Warm temperatures, dry conditions and gusty southerly winds Sunday will produce elevated to significant grassland fire weather conditions in some areas of the Ozarks, the National Weather Service said. Texas County is shown in a “limited” risk zone.
