A Licking woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Franklin County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Payton N. Mordis, 31, was arrested on a parole absconder charge from the Missouri parole board, patrol said.
She was taken to the Franklin County Jail without bond.
