A Red Flag Warning has been issued for portions of southeast Kansas and west central Missouri where low humidity and gusty winds will create significant fire danger, the National Weather Service said Sunday.
Elevated fire conditions are expected to the southeast of the warning area, which includes this area. Various fire departments were called to aid where fires were out-of-control Saturday in Texas County.
