The Cabool Police Department handled fewer than normal calls during the past week, including nine animal complaints.

The department reported 14 traffic stops resulting in five summons issued. Two warrant arrests were made.

In total, police handled two alarms, nine animal complaints, one assault, one civil matter, two juvenile matters, two peace disturbances, one stealing/theft incident, two unsecured building incidents, assisted other agencies three times, gave one private escort and assisted the public three times.

The fire department was dispatched 14 times.
