The 399th U.S. Army Jazz Band will march in the 2024 Emmett Kelly Clown Parade.
“We are so excited that our community was chosen to have them. They are fabulous musicians and add something wonderful to our event,” said Brenda Senter, event organizer.
The parade is looking for dogs to be part of the parade since the circus always had dogs as main acts. They must be leashed and in costume.
