A Licking man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Franklin County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
William M. Callahan, 34, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for failure to appear, a Franklin County warrant for probation violation, a Sullivan Police Department warrant for two counts of failure to appear and a Union Police Department warrant for larceny: shoplifting, patrol said.
He was taken to the Franklin County Jail without bond.
