Fostering by Faith – a local nonprofit organization benefiting foster children – will host a carnival event for foster families May 16.
The carnival will include several events, prizes, food and raffles. It will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at 122 W. Walnut St. in Houston. It is free to those attending.
