A West Plains was cited Sunday afternoon in Texas County on two charges.
Jordan P. Stephens, 29, was charged with DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. He was taken to Troop G headquarters and later released, the patrol said.
