A Roby man was arrested Wednesday morning in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Nekota S. Neal, 29, was arrested on a felony Nodaway County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a felony Christian County warrant for domestic assault, patrol said.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail without bond.
