A Willow Springs woman was involved in a one-vehicle accident Monday afternoon, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Katie L. Goforth, 18, was driving her 2005 Ford Taurus westbound on County Road 4100 two miles west of West Plains when she traveled off the left side of the road, struck a fence and overturned, patrol said.
Goforth suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
She was not wearing a safety device. The vehicle was totaled.
