An inmate at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking died Tuesday evening, the Missouri Department of Corrections reported.
Patrick Johnson, 25, was serving an 11-year sentence for two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action out of St. Louis County. The death occurred at 8:20 p.m.
Johnson had been in prison since July 26, 2017.
Officials said an autopsy will be conducted.
