A man from Licking is charged with a trio of offenses following a traffic stop Friday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Joshua D. Baldwin, 45, is charged with felony DWI – alcohol, aggravated offender; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident and failing to display valid plates.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, where he is held.
