Six players on the 2024 Houston High School softball team and four from the HHS baseball team have received All-District recognition based on voting by coaches.
In softball, five Lady Tigers were named to the All-Class 2 District 3 First Team: senior Kelsey Pritchett (pitcher), juniors Makinley Aaron (infield) and Lacey Cavaness (outfield), and sophomores Katy Evans (infield) and Lilly Kincaid (utility). Named to the Second Team was sophomore catcher Gracyn McNiell.
HHS players named to the Class 3 District 10 All-District Team were seniors Wyatt Hughes (pitcher, infield), Stone Jackson (infield) and Aiden Kelly (catcher), and junior Shaun Buck (pitcher). There was only one list (no first and second teams).
