A man and woman were injured in a one-vehicle accident early Tuesday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Bobby R. Francis, 36, of Lebanon, was driving a 2006 Honda Accord eastbound on Highway AA 10 miles northwest of Houston when he ran off the road and struck numerous trees, patrol said.
Francis was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston with moderate injuries. Shanda R. Morris, 40, a passenger, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston with minor injuries.
Both were wearing safety devices. The Accord suffered minor damage.
