The National Weather Service said additional heavy rainfall on Sunday morning will add to the flooding risk.
An additional 1 to 3 inches is possible this morning.
“This additional heavy rainfall will add to the already flooding risk across the area where this additional rainfall occurs across locations that received the earlier heavy rainfall,” it said.
