Nearly 20,000 donors contributed to the Missouri State University Foundation in fiscal year 2024.

It was a record-breaking year for the Missouri State University Foundation, which raised $35,979,042 for Missouri State thanks to nearly 20,000 generous donors.

This breaks the previous record of $32 million set in fiscal year 2022.

“We celebrate this momentous achievement with the thousands of alumni and friends who care about the university. Their giving has and will continue to touch many lives in a positive way,” said Brent Dunn, executive director of the MSU Foundation.

The gifts went toward:

  • Capital projects, such as the Judith Enyeart Reynolds Center for Arts and Humanities, Roy Blunt Hall, Smart University Advancement Center and Wulff-Risner Agriculture Science Center (West Plains campus)
  • Faculty support
  • Student scholarships and programs

For the past seven years, the foundation has received more than $20 million per year in financial support. Since the foundation began in 1981, it has raised more than $454 million for Missouri State.
