A Raymondville man was arrested Tuesday night on two charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Gary D. Smith Jr., 41, was charged with DWI and failing to maintain the right side of the roadway resulting in a crash, the patrol said.
He was transported to the Texas County Jail.
