A Plato man was arrested late Friday night on three charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Ashton B. Chenoweth, 22, was charged with DWI – prior offender, exceeded posted speed limit by 16-19 miles per hour and resist arrest by fleeing.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
