Texas County residents can meet the new president of Missouri State University during a welcome reception Sept. 19 at Missouri State University-West Plains.
Persons can meet with the 12th president of the institution, Dr. Richard “Biff” Williams from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center, 323 W. Trish Knight St.
Williams will share his vision for the future of the Missouri State University system and its impact on the West Plains and Mountain Grove campuses.
Those attending can meet Williams, visit with alumni and friends of the university and enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and a hosted bar.
