A man and woman from Birch Tree were arrested Monday morning by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Thomas D. Stark, 34, was arrested on suspicion of charges of felony probation violation and felony possession of a controlled substance, patrol said. He was taken to Shannon County Jail without bond.
Anna R. Kelly, 46, was arrested on suspicion of charges of felony probation violation and felony possession of a controlled substance, patrol said. She was taken to Shannon County Jail without bond.
