Warmer weather continues in Texas County on Tuesday, the National Weather Service says.
The heat index in the county will be 95 to 100 degrees today, it reports.
Farther north, a heat advisory is in effect from noon to 9 p.m., with widespread heat indices of 100 to 105 degrees.
