An Elk Creek man faces drug charges following the execution of a search warrant Friday by two agencies, authorities said.

Randy D. Brill, 29, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a class C felony; possession of a weapon (a .12-gauge Mossberg shotgun) while in possession of a controlled substance, a class E felony; and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance (in a building by distributing a controlled substance), a class E felony.

Officers from the Texas County Sheriff’s Department and South Central Drug Task Force arrived with the search warrant on Highway H and found the shotgun, four smoking devices that tested positive for methamphetamine, scales, two black and one silver; 101 small, Ziploc style baggies of varying colors and about seven grams of a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine, according to a report.

Brill, according to a report, is on probation for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a weapon while possessing a controlled substance.

Bond is $4,000 cash only.
