Four children were injured Friday afternoon in a crash west of Houston, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cpl. Travis Brown said a southbound 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Anthony D. Bigby, 38, of Houston, traveled off the right side of Highway Z, returned to the roadway, overcorrected and went off the right side again and overturned.
Brown said the children — boys, ages 0, 7 and 10 and a girl, 6 — sustained minor injuries and were taken by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. The driver was not hurt. All were wearing safety devices. The vehicle had extensive damage.
