Texas County is likely to receive rain from remnants of Francine that are building in the Gulf Coast, the National Weather Service says.
The highest probability of receiving rainfall amounts of an inch or more with tropical system Francine (45-55%) will be over the eastern Ozarks, generally east of U.S. 63, on Thursday and Friday.
Further to the west over southeast Kansas and far western Missouri, little to no rainfall is expected.
