The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) recently released district assignments for football and volleyball.
The Houston High School football team is in Class 2 District 4, which also includes Ava, Clever, Fair Grove, Liberty, Springfield Catholic, Thayer and Willow Springs.
The HHS volleyball team is in Class 3 District 11, along with Ava, Forsyth, Hollister, Mountain Grove and Willow Springs. Houston will host the district tournament in Tiger Fieldhouse.
The Cabool High School football team is in Class 1 District 3 and the volleyball team is in Class 2 District 9.
The Licking High School volleyball team is in Class 2 District 8.
MSHSAA has not yet released class and district assignments for cross country.
