​​The following are excerpts from reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:
Between Sept. 16 and Sept. 22, the Houston Police Department answered 218 calls for service and initiated 53 traffic stops resulting in 15 citations and 46 warnings.
- On Sept. 16, officers cited Antonio Nicolas-Andres, 19, of Albertville, Alabama, for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license.
- On Sept. 17, officers responded to the 1400 block of Thomasville Road for a reported property damage. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
- On Sept. 17, officers received a report of a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located by officers a short time later.
- On Sept. 18, officers arrested Kellie K. Ontiveros-Hernandez, 41, of Houston, on an active Texas County warrant per charge of second-degree domestic assault. Ontiveros-Hernandez was transported to the Texas County Jail, where she was incarcerated after being unable to post the $2,000 cash-only bond.
- On Sept. 18, officers responded to Skyview Terrace for a private property motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
- On Sept. 20, an officer observed a 67 year-old-male on Chestnut Street watching a parade. The officer was aware the subject was a registered sex offender and was not allowed to be within 500 feet of a school. The male was arrested and a report was sent to the Texas County Prosecutor for formal charges.
- On Sept. 21, officers cited Scott Lauderdale, 54, of Mountain Grove, for failure to abate a nuisance.
