Firefighters from three departments were called Sunday morning to Success Road, where a fire was reported at a trailer house. Called to assist the Roby Fire Department were Houston Rural and Licking departments. Licking was later determined not to be needed.
The Roby Fire Department said it noticed flames from one end of the roof and heavy smoke coming out of the front door upon arrival. The blaze was quickly brought under control, and hot spots were extinguished over about 90 minutes. The home was unoccupied.

•Summersville Fire Department was called Sunday morning to four miles north of Big Creek Trail Ride for a grass fire.
•At about 4:30 p.m., departments responded to a reported grass fire near Crane and Venable drives west of Bucyrus.
