No excuse absentee balloting continues across the state.

In Texas County, registered voters can cast ballots in the county clerk’s office on the top level of the Texas County Administrative Center on Grand Avenue. By Monday afternoon, the in-person count exceeded 1,100.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The clerk’s office will be open from 8 a.m. until noon Saturday to accommodate those wanting to vote by absentee.
