A Mountain Grove man faces several charges following an accident on Highway 38 five miles east of Hartville, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Kenneth R. Robinson, 49, was the eastbound driver of a 2008 Toyota Rav4 that traveled off the left side of the roadway, went airborne and overturned, said Tpr. Nathan Poynter. Robinson, who was not wearing a seat belt, had moderate injuries and was transported to Cox Health in Springfield by ambulance.

Robinson is charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; DWI – drug intoxication, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, having no insurance and wearing no seat belt.
