The Houston R-1 School District will host Class 3 District 11 volleyball semifinals matches and the KY3 Weather Tour tonight on campus. School officials have put out information on where to park.
Doors for both events open at 4 p.m. Volleyball is in Tiger Fieldhouse while the Weather Tour is in Hiett Gymnasium. The district asks that those attending either event do not arrive before 3:30 p.m. due to traffic congestion from school dismissing.
“We encourage you to arrive early, be mindful of heavy traffic and be patient as we facilitate these two events,” said school officials. “We look forward to seeing you on campus.”
The blue numbers S1-S3 are park and shuttle options. One shuttle will run for S1 (Piney River Technical Center) and S2 (Big Red parking lot) while another shuttle will run for S3 (elementary parking lot). Both shuttles will run from 3:30 to 7 p.m.
