A Wright County accident early Tuesday left injuries to two, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Lucas A. Buckmaster, 27, of Fordland, was driving a northbound 1990 Chevrolet Silverado that traveled off the right side of the roadway and rolled onto its side at about 1:20 a.m. on Highway 5 about 2.5 miles southwest of Mansfield, said Tpr. Chad Johnson.

Buckmaster, who was not wearing a seat belt, was flown by air ambulance to Mercy in Springfield with serious injuries. A passenger, John C. Amant, 33, of Ozark, was taken with moderate injuries to Mercy. He also was not wearing a seat belt, said Johnson.

The vehicle was totaled.
