In its latest report, the Cabool Police Department listed a range of activities, including traffic stops and responses to local incidents.

The department reported 13 traffic stops resulting in five summons and 10 warnings issued.

At 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, Johnnie Tart, of Osage Beach, was driving a 2024 Chevy traveling east on Business 60 when he struck a deer, officers said. 

In total, police handled one accident, one alarm, two animal complaints, 32 calls for information, three domestic violence calls, one impaired subject incident, one juvenile matter, one property damage/vandalism incident, one suspicious activity incident, one unsecured building incident, assisted other agencies five times, gave two private escorts and assisted the public 11 times. 

The fire department was dispatched 11 times.
