A Houston man is charged with second-degree domestic assault after an incident Sunday that left a woman seeking help from neighbors, the Houston Police Department said.
Kevin G. Parsley, of the 400 block of King Street and born in 1981, is charged with class D felony domestic assault following an incident Sunday, police said. The victim had swelling and redness from the left side of her cheek and eye.
Police said the woman escaped and ran across the street naked and screamed for help from neighbors.
Bond is set at $7,500 cash only.
