The memorial run includes a run/walk with a veteran at 10 a.m., a 5k run for adults and a fun run for kids. All running events will start and end at the First Baptist Church (1241 Hawthorn St.).
Registration forms are available at the Community Betterment and Arts Council of Houston, Mo. Facebook Page, Houston High School, Texas County Library, Studio Bee and Houston City Hall. Runners will receive a shirt and will have the opportunity to order additional shirts.
Food will be available after the race for donations. The U.S. flag, service flags and MIA flag will be on display for photo opportunities. For more information, email decamcoinc@yahoo.com.
