It’s estimated that nearly one million trout were released at Montauk State Park when high water swept through east of Licking.

Chuck and Cathie Baldwin were driving in the dark early on Election Day to work a shift at their polling place when floodwaters overtopped a creek and swept their vehicle off the road.
