A Licking man is charged with a pair of felonies after allegedly assaulting two women in an incident on Nov. 23.
Steven F. Manson, 47, of 11944 Slaughter Road in Licking, is charged with two counts of domestic assault – second degree (a class D felony).
A Texas County Sheriff’s Department deputy’s report indicates that Manson allegedly assaulted the women in an incident at a residence of unreported address.
The officer reported that Manson is suspected of hitting both victims, putting one in a headlock and choking her, and bashing one in the head with a broken foosball table handle.
Manson was reportedly intoxicated at the time and was unable to maintain a train of thought when the officer spoke to him at the scene.
Cash-only bond in the case is set at $4,000.
