A man from Licking was arrested Friday on a felony Texas County warrant, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Michael T. Vestal, 41, was wanted on a warrant charging him with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
He is held in the Texas County Jail.
