The Texas County clerk’s office will be open from 8 a.m. until noon Saturday, Nov. 2, (today) to accommodate those wanting to vote by absentee.
That office is on the top level of the Texas County Administrative Center on Grand Avenue.

As of Friday afternoon, 2,380 Texas County voters had submitted absentee ballots for the November election. Of those, 2,075 were walk-in and 305 were mailed.
