Winners were announced in the recent Don Tottingham Memorial Run in Houston.
The event raised money for Community Betterment and Arts Council of Houston and its youth organization. It helped fund two programs — A Houston High School scholarship and a food program that provides meals for weekends for some Houston students.
Winnings were: Jack Sawyer, first, overall male; Kristin Ely, first, overall female; Charlie Benoist, first, youth; Justin Brown, 30-39, male; Larry Benoist, 40-49, male; Steve McDaniel, 60+ male; Christa Hinkle, 40-49, female; and Karla Owen, 50-59 female.
