One person was arrested Wednesday night in Texas County following an accident that led to several charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Ademar J. Martinez, of Spring City, Tennessee, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle crash, having no insurance and failure to display valid plates.
He is held in the Texas County Jail in Houston.
