A Houston man faces charges of assault following an incident Thursday.
The Texas County Sheriff’s Department said Shawn L. Robinson, of the 6800 block of Highway Z, is charged with third-degree assault of a victim on Dec. 19. The incident began with Robinson saying he was mad that cheese on a sandwich contained mold. Bond is set at $3,000 cash.
At one point, Robinson, born in 1986, grabbed her enough to push her down, the victim said.
Robinson denied touching the victim.
